Variables such as anilox rolls, inks, substrates, etc. influence the final print. Press characterization allows us to predict the results based on a specific set of factors. Assistance for Conversion to Sleeves We will design and manufacture (or work with your manufacturer) to produce the sleeve system that efficiently covers the most of your common repeat sizes. In-house surface tension testing available We can select a polymer for optimum print quality based on surface tension correlations between ink, polymer and substrate. We’ll do whatever it takes to get the results you demand. |
